THOMAS HAYES
Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Director
Thomas graduated from Deakin University's Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019. Since then he has worked in private practice treating his community with diligence. Thomas has experience with rehabilitation, chronic disease and the NDIS. He enjoys long term client relationships and assisting clients to maximise their function to improve their quality of life.

KELSIE VICKERY
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Kelsie completed Deakin University’s Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology degree in
2022, and holds a Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise and Sports Science. Kelsie has previously
worked as an Exercise Scientist in private practice, where she has worked with clients with
musculoskeletal conditions, chronic conditions as well as community sport athletes and sub
elite athletes. Kelsie is passionate about helping improve people’s quality of life through
exercise.
In her spare time, Kelsie is a national level track athlete (steeplechase) and previously
competed internationally for downhill ski racing.

BEN LEWIS
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Ben started his career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, where he has worked for over 10 years. Continuing on, Ben decided to progress his knowledge and skillset, completing his Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2019 and following that a Master's of Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation. Ben has worked in private practice since 2022, working with a wide range of clients.
Ben grew up playing a variety of sports including swimming, tennis and soccer, but is now focused on competitive bodybuilding. Most recently winning an Australian title and placing 2nd in the Mr Universe in 2024. Ben enjoys having fun with his clients, building good relationships and aims to help people of all ages and abilities to improve their strength, health and function.
